St. Paul’s famous “reservations only” Turkey Dinner and Craft/Bake Sale will be held Wednesday, October 24th. Seatings for the dinner are at 4:30pm, 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Take out meals are also available and can be obtained for 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm. Tickets for the dinner are $14 for adults, $6 for children from 3 to 10 years of age and free for those under 3. Tickets can be procured by calling the church office or purchasing them directly from the UMW during church coffee hours in October. There is no necessity to have reservations or tickets for the Craft/Bake Sale.
Workers are needed for the dinner and craft sale, so if you would like to help out there is a sign-up sheet in the Fellowship Hall or call Norma Deitner (651-457-4556) or Carol Rix (952-432-4608) for cooking, serving, and cleaning up duties. Call Bettie Robinson (651-207-8643) if you have crafts or food delicacies to donate or would like to work at displaying and selling them that evening.
This is an event that puts our church “on the map” in our community and since the proceeds are used for mission work, it makes it even better. Who can argue with good food, good fellowship and just plain goodness?
