Blessing Service Sunday, January 7th, 10:30 am
St. Paul’s UMC will begin the new year by asking for God’s blessing in 2018. Please join us in worship, which will include time to pray individually for God’s blessings and music by guest violinist, Jennifer Thomas.

Snowman Contest! Sunday, January 14th in our front yard following the 10:30 worship service. Prizes will be awarded. Bring supplies to create your snowman! Event is weather dependent.

From critically acclaimed author Brian McLaren comes a retelling of the Biblical story, as it applies to modern life in We Make the Road by Walking. Over four weeks Charles Duddingston will lead us as we discuss fresh ways to experience and practice faith.

Blood Drive Saturday, January 20, 2018
Our Winter Blood Drive is scheduled for Saturday, January 20th, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Schedule yourself at redcrossblood.org

Beginning on Wednesday, February 21st, noon, you are invited to discuss David Brook’s book, The Road to Character. Brooks writes a column for the New York Times and teaches at Yale. This is a best selling down to earth book on achieving true character. Owning a book is not necessary, though public libraries and mail orders are available. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall at noon. Bring a sandwich. Charles Duddingston will lead the program, which will run for several Wednesdays.

2018 is the Year of Music at Saint Paul’s UMC, with special musical guests in worship services monthly, as well as a free concert series. Read more at the Pastor’s Page.
